The Louis Vuitton Stephen Sprouse Graffiti collection was released in 2001 under the helm of Marc Jacobs. The Graffiti collection was so popular that it was released a second time in 2009 to pay homage to the death of Stephen Sprouse in 2004.
This Graffiti Alma East/West bag is a prime specimen of the 2001 release, which saw the larger graffiti print in the colours of silver, khaki and beige. The 2009 collection saw a smaller version of the graffiti print in brighter, neon colours of fuschia, vert (green) and orange.
